BIROI – Phoenix-Inspired Parametric Art

BIROI is inspired by the legendary Phoenix of the Sky, a mythical creature that throws itself into the flames and is reborn from its own ashes. As an artist, I see a deep resemblance between our lives and the flames that sustain the Phoenix’s eternal cycle of rebirth.

BIROI is art that resonates with people who continue to challenge themselves to keep the flame of passion alive. It represents the passion and courage that push us forward while overcoming difficulties.

Dynamic lines forming the structure and the Voronoi pattern spread across the surface symbolize the Phoenix rising from burning flames and flying into the sky. The pattern changes in scale as it flows over the surface, giving a strong sense of movement and dynamism.

WORKING PROCESS

Each BIROI piece begins with a digital sketch, an exploration of form through algorithms and parametric systems. I experiment with 3D printing to test structure, material behavior, and scale. The process is iterative, often unpredictable, and always revealing.
